Terms & Conditions & Cancellation/Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Kupke Holiday Lighting LLC. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they govern our services.

  1. Services Provided: Kupke Holiday Lighting LLC provides the following services:
  • Custom Christmas light design
  • Installation of Christmas lights
  • Maintenance of installed Christmas lights
  • Removal of Christmas lights after the holiday season
  • Storage of lights for the following season

Please note: All lighting and decoration products installed are the property of Kupke Holiday Lighting LLC.

 

  1. Deposit, Payment, and Billing

 

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure scheduling and confirm the installation date.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due within two (2) days after installation of the Christmas lights.
  • Failure to pay the remaining balance within the specified time may result in removal of the installed lights or additional fees.

 

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances once paid.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled installation date. Cancellations made within 10 days of the installation date may incur additional fees.
  • If the installation is canceled by Kupke Holiday Lighting LLC due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be applied toward rescheduling the service.

 

  1. Ownership of Lights and Decorations

 

  • All lights, decorations, and related materials installed by Kupke Holiday Lighting LLC remain the property of Kupke Holiday Lighting LLC.
  • Unauthorized removal, alteration, or damage to the installed lights or decorations will result in additional fees.

 

  1. Liability and Warranty

 

  • Kupke Holiday Lighting LLC is not liable for any damages to property due to pre-existing conditions or during routine maintenance and removal, assuming all care and standard safety procedures were observed.
  • Kupke Holiday Lighting LLC provides routine maintenance during the holiday season at no additional cost. Any repair or maintenance needs arising from misuse, tampering, or third-party interference may incur additional charges.

 

  1. Removal and Storage

 

  • Kupke Holiday Lighting LLC will schedule and notify the client regarding the removal of Christmas lights after the holiday season.
  • Lights and decorations are stored securely by Kupke Holiday Lighting LLC for future use.
